This thriving property offers numerous waterfront attractions not available anywhere else in Cypress. For this project, SYNLawn® Houston installed 3,730 square feet of SYNTipede 321 over 6 days. The property owners knew SYNTipede 321 would be perfect for maintaining their luxurious image as well as handling the heavy foot traffic it sees daily.

A two-part woven polypropylene backing fabric is used in the EnviroLoc™ backing system to keep tufted grass fibers in place. Following tufting, the backing fabric and interwoven grass fibers are coated with SYNLawn®’s unique biobased EnviroLoc™ coating. These ingredients work together to provide a strong anchor for fibers, resulting in less shedding and synthetic grass that is environmentally friendly. EnviroLoc™ along with a wide variety of our products are made possible via our collaboration with US soy farmers. Together we are able to locally source materials such as soybean oil and sugar cane to manufacture recyclable products that save water, cut down carbon emissions, and reduce landfill impact.
