Baybrook Mall is home to live events, music, shops, free movies just outside of Houston. SYNLawn® was chosen to work on a project for The Lawn, a 14,750 square foot artificial grass area where shoppers can go to relax, enjoy some of the events at Baybrook Mall, and much more.
For this installation, Baybrook Mall chose alternating pieces of SYNTipede 343 to replicate the look of a naturally cut artistic lawn. SYNTipede 343 features a medium pile height with exceptional toughness, making it the perfect artificial grass for high activity areas.
This gorgeous Houston artificial turf removes the need for maintenance, so regardless of the daily foot traffic, The Lawn will continue to look lush and vibrant all throughout the year.

Our proprietary Super Yarn™ technology combines three unique characteristics to create the safest and cleanest artificial grass available.
Sanitized® antimicrobial is used as a topcoat to eliminate 99% of germs and prevent mold, pet smells, and the formation of new bacteria. Following that, DualChill™ IR reflecting technology is applied to prevent infrared light from being absorbed into grass fibers, which causes fading, while also improving the durability for a longer lifespan.
Finally, to prevent static electricity accumulation, StatBlock™ anti-static is molecularly linked to face fibers.
SYNLawn® products are made in-house at our factory in Dalton, Georgia. We work in collaboration with US farmers to manufacture our plant-based artificial grass with sugar cane and soybean oil.
