In 2022, SYNLawn Houston had the pleasure of installing four lawn spaces designed with our Houston artificial grass for Quanta Services in Houston, TX. The project included 30,000 sq ft of SYNTipede 343 on the rooftop of their company parking garage as well as three ground-level lawn spaces. SYNTipede 343 provides Quanta Services with unrivaled beauty, durability, and ultra-realistic appearances and behaviors year-round. SYNTipede 343 is a USDA-certified, bio-based artificial grass solution, in combination with organic infill, that is highlighted for its exceptional use of sustainable materials. SYNTipede 343 delivers the perfect combination of beauty and performance that commercial properties rely on, as they do not often have the time to keep up with traditional maintenance. With its medium pile height, outstanding strength, and toughness, this long-lasting synthetic turf is a superb option for high-traffic areas in Houston, Texas that need the look of conventional grass.
SYNTipede 343 incorporates two of our exclusive innovations that are the result of more than 50 years of research and development; our Super Yarn technology and EnviroLoc+ backing system work in tandem to provide years of durability and stunning impressions without more than an occasional leaf blowing. - EnviroLoc+™ Backing System: EnviroLoc+ serves as your landscape’s security system and locks in our nylon fibers into our renewable soybean two-part backing system to prevent shedding and provide optimal drainage. We work closely with American soy farmers to locally source renewable materials, such as soybeans and sugar cane, to replace large portions of petroleum from our manufacturing process.

At SYNLawn Houston, we make safety our highest priority and manufacture a growing list of synthetic grass options that meet commercial safety guidelines to keep everyone of all ages out of harm’s way.
SYNTipede 343 is one of our IPEMA and ADA-compliant artificial turf options. This means that it has been independently tested and meets fall attenuations of up to 10 feet, will protect against common injuries and abrasions, and is wheelchair accessible for everyone to use.
In addition, SYNTipede 343 is proven to help prevent the spread of fires. As part of our rooftop collection, we are proud to boast that this Houston artificial grass comes with an E-108 Class A fire rating from ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials). To earn this coveted fire rating, products must pass eight burn and melting tests to help ensure that they will melt and blacken rather than increase the burn of an accidental fire and cause catastrophic damage and injuries.
